TTI’s TRI-DNA assessment is a psychometric assessment that measures an individual’s behavioral style, personal motivators and competencies. It is a triple-science assessment, meaning that it provides three different perspectives on an individual’s performance.

Behavioral Style: The behavioral style section of the TRI-DNA assessment is based on the DISC model. The DISC model is a four-quadrant model that identifies four different behavioral styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. The TRI-DNA assessment measures an individual’s primary and secondary behavioral styles.

Personal Motivators: The personal motivators section of the TRI-DNA assessment is based on the Driving Forces® model. The Driving Forces® model identifies 12 different personal motivators. The TRI-DNA assessment measures an individual’s top five driving forces.

Competencies: The competencies section of the TRI-DNA assessment measures an individual’s development in 25 business-related competencies. The TRI-DNA assessment ranks the individual’s competencies hierarchy from the most developed competency to the least developed competency.
