Teach for the Osher Institute
Join the ranks of distinguished faculty and professionals who have shared their expertise with curious Osher members. With no homework or exams to grade in each two-hour classroom session, the Osher Institute is a wonderful way to share your passion with others.

We are now accepting proposals for the Fall 2025 semester.
Fall semester proposals: Due by February 1.
Spring semester proposals: Due by August 1.
Osher Faculty Grant
The Osher Faculty Grant was created by the Osher Institute Advisory Board as a way to support Boise State faculty and help raise awareness of the Osher Institute within the university. Annual member contributions to the Osher Excellence Fund help make this grant possible. Since its creation in 2011, the Osher Institute has awarded over $217,000 to Boise State faculty projects.

Proposals for FY25 will be accepted beginning January 1, 2025.
Osher Faculty Grant applications are due on Friday, March 14, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. Please read the Osher Faculty Grant page thoroughly prior to submitting your proposal.
