On November 3, 1961, President John F. Kennedy signed the Foreign Assistance Act into law and created the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). To commemorate USAID’s 60th anniversary, USAID Administrator Samantha Power will discuss the current and future role of USAID on the global stage and in America’s foreign policy.
