Scale Development and Model Validation
In her research, Dr. Chyung and her colleagues developed a 20-item survey instrument that measures learners’ attitudes toward team projects by:
- involving a total of 555 human subjects
- conducting exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses
- using SPSS and AMOS for statistical analyses

Dr. Chyung’s research interests also include validating existing models (containing multi-dimensions) with structural equation modeling (SEM).
