We can help these organizations grow the sustainable infrastructure they need to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
Our services involve Tech Transfer–the goal is to build future capability while making current improvements. All our services involve a mix of learning, building, doing, teaching and supporting. We help nonprofits design and build their capabilities while also providing support to help them implement and sustain changes over time. Our intent is to build the internal capabilities of nonprofit organizations to conduct future mission-critical activities on their own. The future capabilities are an outgrowth of assisting staff in making current change. We help non-profits “fix the plane in flight.”
What is a process?
The common unit or unifying perspective of our service is the “business process.” A process involves multiple interdependent steps and roles where one person or group “hands off” work and information to another. Every process should contribute to the organization’s mission in ways that meet strategic business objectives. Optimally, a process should consist of streamlined and efficient activities and tools that embed expertise within the process “work flow” and “thought flow.”
