Boise State University manages the administration of federal, state, and local environmental regulation permits. Facilities Operations and Maintenance maintains compliance, planning, monitoring, training and reports associated with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Clean Water Act and Oil Pollution Prevention Regulations, Idaho Department of Environmental Quality mandates, and City of Boise industrial pre-treatment standards. Programs under Environmental Management are associated with construction sites, stormwater, contaminated groundwater, and industrial pre-treatment.
