Todd Norton
Todd Norton has 15 years of administration experience in higher education with a focus on establishing career-oriented programs. Norton’s interest in project management comes from the love of process and bringing people together to accomplish meaningful change for organizations.
Norton oversees the Certificate in Project Management and Bachelor in Project Management programs and teaches PROJMGT 301: Project Management Documentation, PROJMGT 499: Project Management Capstone, PROJMGT 451: Practicum and PROJMGT 493: Internship.

Toby Lucich
Toby Lucich, MBA, PMP, is the co-founder of the consultancy Return Leverage, which provides strategic guidance and hands-on tactical delivery. Lucich brings over 20 years of experience leading organizational change initiatives across various industries from Main Street clients and Fortune 50 companies to government and NGOs. Lucich’s interest in project leadership and organizational change originates in process redesign efforts in healthcare.
Lucich designed and teaches IPS-440: Project Management and Design.

Justin Baldivia
Justin Baldivia, MSPM, PMP, is a program manager at Sierra Nevada Corporation in Englewood, CO. Baldivia oversees two different programs, one with the United States Air Force to deliver products for warfighters, and a second with Internal Research and Development program that develops cutting edge software for multiple platforms and programs. Baldivia is a USAF veteran who served 23 years in aircraft maintenance as an aircraft maintenance instructor and air advisor.
Baldivia designed and teaches PROJMGT 350: Project Management Specialization.

Garrow has over 15 years of experience in project and program management in government and nonprofit organizations. Garrow’s interest in project management developed while serving in the Air Force as an avionics technician, fascinated by how processes interrelate and affect each other on micro and macro levels.
Garrow designed and teaches PROJMGT 301: Project Management Documentation and PROJMGT 499: Project Management Capstone.
