OPWL Industry Advisory Board

The Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning program partners with industry leaders to gain insight into workplace needs and trends related to instructional design, e-learning and performance improvement. Currently, a group of ten leaders from the industrial, government and academic sectors are serving on the Industry Advisory Board (IAB).

    • Experienced business advisor to organizations like Apple and the NSA
    • Within ISPI, PIJ editor for six years, contributed cases for HPT handbooks, earned the 2017 Award of Excellence for her book, “Learning for the Long Run,” and was recognized as a Distinguished Dissertation recipient
    • Wrote the curriculum for the HPT course in Drexel University’s HRD graduate studies program and also serves as adjunct faculty
