Interdisciplinary Professional Studies Admissions

To apply to the Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Professional Studies:

  1. Meet with a student success coach to discuss your personal and professional goals and your academic interest areas.
  2. Submit a personal impact statement.

Application Deadlines by Semester

Admission is offered each fall, spring and summer semester. Space is limited, so early application is recommended. Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis. The priority deadlines to submit materials are:

To Apply For This Program

Step 1 – Apply to Boise State University

Before you apply to the interdisciplinary professional studies program, you must be accepted to Boise State University

If you are interested in taking classes on campus and online:

  • In the Semester and Major section of the application, indicate you are interested in taking courses “Primarily on the main campus in Boise, Idaho.”
  • In the Semester and Major section of the application, select your academic area of interest from the major drop-down list.

If you are interested in taking classes 100% online:

  • In the Semester and Major section of the application, indicate you are interested in taking courses “Entirely through online delivery.”
  • In the Semester and Major section of the application, select your academic area of interest from the major drop-down list.

Reminder: Students are required to meet with a student success coach before being admitted to the program.
