Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Applied Science in Cyber Operations and Resilience Degree Requirements
The online cyber operations and resilience program is a 120-credit program that includes the following:
- University Foundations Courses – 37 credits. These foundation courses may be met through transfer coursework or will be incorporated into your program of study at Boise State.
- Required Courses – 35 to 39 credits.
- Electives, transfer credits or completed associate degree (AA, AS, AAS or equivalent) – 48 credits.

Hands-On Learning for Real-World Impact
The online Bachelor of Science in Cyber Operations and Resilience culminates in CORE 480 Cyber Capstone, a hands-on, three-credit course where you’ll apply everything you’ve learned to a full-scale cybersecurity project. Partnering with real Idaho organizations, you’ll gain valuable project management experience while providing free cybersecurity improvements, giving you the chance to make a real impact before you graduate.

Interested in earning graduate credits during your undergraduate career?
The accelerated Master of Science in Cyber Operations and Resilience allows eligible undergraduate students to start graduate coursework while completing their bachelor’s degree. These graduate courses count toward both their bachelor’s and master’s degree requirements.
If you are interested in taking graduate-level classes, but you aren’t ready to start a master’s program right after earning your bachelor’s degree, contact the graduate program’s student success coach to explore your options.
