About the Online Cybersecurity Bachelor’s Degree

Boise State’s online cybersecurity bachelor’s degree is an asynchronous, 100% online program with no in-person requirements. Learn from cyber industry leaders and prepare to enter a meaningful career where anticipating, detecting, mitigating and managing cyber threats is crucial. No math or technical background is required.

Gain hands-on experience with the program’s online Cyber Operations and Resilience Learning Lab. Prepare for internships and a career in cybersecurity by learning information technology and cybersecurity tools, techniques and processes that are used in the cyber industry.

Two Degree Options

Undergraduate cyber students can earn a bachelor of science or a bachelor of applied science.

The Bachelor of Science in Cyber Operations and Resilience is for students with an associate of arts, associate of science or no prior college credits.

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Cyber Operations and Resilience is designed for students who have earned an associate of applied science or have some technical associate credits. This degree offers the same cyber content and allows you to leverage up to 47 of your technical credits earned at another accredited institution.
