Starting in fall 2024, Boise State Online’s Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) program will introduce a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development, a program that is highly relevant to the current professional landscape.
The 16-credit online Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development helps you develop skills to analyze organizational factors and their impact and improve organizational effectiveness through evidence-based practices. This program will provide you with the practical knowledge and skills to develop organizational plans, lead change and improve organizational effectiveness.
The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development can be incorporated into the Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning or taken as a stand-alone certificate.
