Boise State Wallpaper Images

The Office of Communications and Marketing presents official Boise State photos for you to use as desktop wallpaper on your mobile, laptop or desktop device.

Images are available to the Boise State community through Google Drive.

How to Add Desktop Wallpaper to Your Device

To add these photos to your device, choose from the instructions below.

Windows 10

1. Download the Boise State Wallpaper Photos folder to your computer. Put the folder in a place where you’ll remember where it is (we recommend your Photos folder, or Documents).
2. Right-click on the desktop background.
3. Select Personalize from the dropdown menu.
4. In the popup window, make sure that Background is selected.
5. Browse to find folder you downloaded in step 1.
6. Exit the Settings window.

Windows 8

1. Download the Boise State Wallpaper Photos folder to your computer. Put the folder in a place where you’ll remember where it is (we recommend your My Photos folder, or Documents).
2. Right-click on the current desktop background.
3. Select Personalize from the dropdown menu.
4. Select Windows Desktop Desktop Backgrounds from the dropdown menu at the top of the window.
5. Browse to find the folder you downloaded in step 1.
6. Click Save Changes.

Mac

1. Download the Boise State Wallpaper Photos folder to your computer. Put the folder in a place where you’ll remember where it is (we recommend your Pictures folder, or Documents).
2. From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.
3. Select Desktop & Screen Saver and then Desktop.
4. Find the folder you downloaded in step 1. If it’s not under Pictures, use the + icon to browse to the folder location.
5. Exit System Preferences.

iOS

1. Use the Google Drive app for iOS to access to the Boise State Wallpaper Photos folder, and save one or more photos to your iPhone or iPad.
2. Open Settings > Wallpaper, then select Choose a New Wallpaper.
3. Select the Boise State image you downloaded from your Camera Roll.
4. Drag the image to reposition it on the screen, if necessary. You can also pinch fingers in or out to zoom to resize the photo.
5. If you select Perspective, the image will rotate with the phone. Selecting Still will keep the wallpaper stationery.

Android

1. Use the Google Drive app for Android to access to the Boise State Wallpaper Photos folder, and download one or more photos to your Android device.
2. Tap and hold your finger on the Home screen.
3. Select the Wallpapers icon.
4. Choose where you want your Boise State image to appear: Home screen, Lock screen, or Home and Lock screen.
5. Select the Boise State image you downloaded from your photos.
6. Select Set Wallpaper.
