Service and Support Options
Zoom Rooms
Zoom Rooms are our new featured standard for teleconference rooms. These are ideal for basic teleconferencing needs that especially utilize Zoom. The main guideline for these rooms is BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). Wireless sharing can be done easily from your laptop, tablet, and/or mobile device. These rooms are significantly more cost effective, easier to use, and faster to install.
Our “Zoom Room” service typically features a wall-mounted display, an all-in-one video conferencing sound bar that contains a camera and mics, and a touch panel.
OIT provides installation, connectivity, and ongoing support.
Monthly Fee*: Costs will vary depending on equipment and installation requirements. Please contact OIT for more details.
*Note: One-time transfer of permanent appropriate budget can be made in lieu of a monthly fee.

Zoom Digital Signage
OIT now supports digital signage solutions via Zoom. Remotely manage your content with ease through the Boise State Zoom web portal.
Our “Zoom Digital Signage” service features a wall-mounted display and the Zoom digital signage player.
OIT provides installation, connectivity, and ongoing support.
