Conference Room Services

The Office of Information Technology provides hardware procurement, installation, and support for conference rooms, all for a simple monthly fee.

Let our Audio Visual team outfit your conference room and provide worry-free support and maintenance.

Service and Support Options

Three levels of service and support configurations are available.

Breakout Room

Our “Breakout Room” service features a wall mounted display, laptop connections, and a control panel ($85 per month).

Optional additions include a computer ($20 per month) and/or conference phone ($35 per month).

We provide installation, connectivity, and ongoing support.

Monthly Fee*: $85 for basic room hardware and support, plus optional additions if requested.

*Note: One-time transfer of permanent appropriate budget can be made in lieu of a monthly fee.

Conference Room

Our “Conference Room” service features either a ceiling mounted projector or a wall mounted display, along with a laptop connection, control panel, and sound system ($135 per month).

Optional additions include a computer ($20 per month) and/or conference phone ($35 per month).

We provide installation, connectivity, and ongoing support.

Monthly Fee*: $135 for basic room hardware and support, plus optional additions if requested.

*Note: One-time transfer of permanent appropriate budget can be made in lieu of a monthly fee.

Teleconference Room

Our “Teleconference Room” service features all of the hardware included in our Conference Room service, and adds a computer, camera/microphones for video conferencing or a video conferencing sound bar.

Optional additions include a computer ($20 per month) and/or conference phone ($35 per month).

We provide installation, connectivity, and ongoing support.

Monthly Fee*: $250, plus optional additions if requested.

*Note: One-time transfer of permanent appropriate budget can be made in lieu of a monthly fee.

Customized Conference Room and Support Services

Contact us for additional options to customize conference room equipment for your department or area needs.

If you already have conference room equipment but want us to support your equipment, we will propose to purchase of your equipment and make sure it meets our room hardware standards.

The purchase amount is based on the original equipment purchase price, and age of the equipment.
