Password Resets

Learn more about resetting your password

If you have difficulty changing your password, please contact the Help Desk by phone at (208) 426-4357.

Passwords can only be changed over the phone or in person; for security reasons, we cannot honor password reset requests through e-mail or Help Desk Self Service. Our staff will ask you to confirm your identity before your password is changed.

ProctorU Record+ Support

If the Help Desk is unavailable to provide support for issues with ProctorU Record+, please use the Live Chat feature within your ProctorU account.

Escalated Record+ Support

If an issue cannot be resolved through the Help Desk or ProctorU Live Chat, contact ProctorU support online, call (855) 772-8678, or submit a request to ProctorU Support.
