Cell Phone Support
Linq Services is the vendor that manages wireless vendor accounts on behalf of the University. Linq manages purchasing, support, bill payment, and billing optimization with Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T-FirstNet.
This service is only for University-owned mobile devices and hotspots, not personal devices nor devices managed with an MCA (Mobile Communications Agreement) stipend.

Standard Hours of Support
Monday -Friday, 5:00am – 5:00pm MST
After-hours Support
Linq will respond to urgent after-hours requests at the same contact information. Examples of urgent requests that would be handled after hours include:
- immediate loss of service
- lost/stolen suspensions
- loss of service while traveling internationally
If the request falls outside those parameters, it will be fulfilled by Linq the following business day. Leave a voicemail; they do not answer the phone after hours but they do check voicemail and respond to emergencies.
Cell Phone Service Plan Changes
If you are currently utilizing a university-owned cell phone, please do not attempt to make any changes to your cell phone service prior to consulting OIT Business Services at (208) 426-1433.
Unauthorized changes may result in significant wireless service fees for which the university will not be held responsible.
