Perceptive Unavailable During Scheduled Upgrade March 20-24

The Perceptive Content system will be unavailable from Thursday, March 20 at 9:00 pm through Monday, March 24 at 6:00 am for an upgrade.

All Perceptive eForms, workflows, and the web-based Perceptive Experience will be unavailable during this time. 

(Please note that Perceptive will be completely unavailable for all users on Friday, March 21, so plan your activities accordingly.)

Additionally, an updated Perceptive desktop client will be pushed automatically to OIT-managed machines. The installation should complete when you log in on Monday, March 24, but please allow some time for it to process.

If the desktop client has not updated by Monday afternoon, or if you are using a non-OIT-managed machine, please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@boisestate.edu for assistance with installation.
