The Office of Information Technology now offers ChromeOS support to University-owned and personal devices. Chromebooks are a cost-effective, low-maintenance computing option compatible with on-campus file shares, Microsoft Office file formats, and Boise State’s VPN client.
Support for University-owned or personal ChromeOS devices is available through the Help Desk or in person at the Zone locations. Remote support is also available for University-owned devices through the University’s Google admin console.
