The baccalaureate degree program in nursing, the master’s degree program in nursing, and the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at Boise State University are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (http://www.ccneaccreditation.org).

Accreditation History

The Boise State University School of Nursing received its initial 5-year accreditation for its baccalaureate (BS), master’s (AGNP) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degrees in 2015.

The 2020 reaccreditation of the School of Nursing’s baccalaureate, master’s, and doctoral degree programs is officially complete, a process that includes a structured self-study evaluation and on-site visits designed to further engage faculty, staff and students in offering the best nursing education possible.

Effective March 2020, this accreditation expires March 2030.
