Karen Breitkreuz, MSN, Ed.D., RN, assistant professor in the School of Nursing, has published and presented three times this fall on international nursing education. She presented her poster with Virginia Adams on “Leadership in Academia: Engaged in International Nursing Education,” at the Sigma Theta Tau International Biennial Convention on Oct. 31-Nov. 2 in Grapevine, Texas.
Breitkreuz also published her article, “Nursing Students in a Developing Nation Using the Internet: A Phenomenological Study,” in the July-Dec. 2011 issue of the “International Journal of Nursing Education.”
Additionally, Breitkreuz published a book chapter, “Faculty Administration Partnerships: Vital for Learning,” with A. Bavier, E.C. Polifroni, and K. Hegedus in “Global Service Learning.”
