The Idaho State Board of Education on Thursday approved a new online master’s of nursing adult-gerontology nurse practitioner program at Boise State University. The program will provide nurses access to education to become an advanced practice nurse which will help to meet the ever increasing need for primary and acute care practitioners. The program starts in January 2014 pending final State Board of Nursing approval in May 2013.
