In response to employee requests, Human Resources is offering a new feature in PeopleSoft.
All Boise State employees are now able to choose up to five accounts for payroll direct deposit. Employees can allocate money by either percentage or flat rate amounts.
There are many ways this feature can be used, including direct pay of bills tied to bank accounts (mortgage, car payments, etc.), or directly diverting dollars into savings accounts.
To access this new feature, go to my.boisestate.edu, and log in to PeopleSoft Self Service. From the main menu, select “Direct Deposit Access,” then “Payroll.” Follow the on-screen instructions to set up deposits.
