In June, Tasha Souza co-facilitated with Tolu Noah (of Azusa Pacific) two, 3.5-hour pre-conference sessions at the Teaching Professor Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. They were titled “Laying the Foundation for Meaningful Conversations about Diversity” and “Facilitating Meaningful Conversations about Diversity.”
She also recently completed co-authoring (with Amy Exah) a short course for Diversity Abroad’s Faculty Development Short Course Series titled Preparing Program Directors for Managing Student Conflict and Microaggressions Abroad. This 40-minute e-learning opportunity is designed to equip program leaders with insights and practical tools to lead inclusive programs abroad and to support and advance inclusive excellence in global education.
