The 2025 annual state Cybersecurity Awareness and Respectful Workplace trainings must be completed by 11:59 p.m. MST on Monday, March 31 for benefit-eligible employees to be eligible for Change in Employee Compensation (commonly called “CEC”). Together, these trainings take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
Respectful Workplace and Cybersecurity Awareness trainings are mandatory for all Boise State benefit-eligible employees, mandated by the State of Idaho Division of Human Resources. The university also includes adjunct faculty in these trainings.
Employees who had not yet completed the trainimg received a reminder email from Human Resources and Workforce Strategy on March 24.
