Boise State’s School of the Environment is seeking student applicants for a research fellowship in partnership with Boise Cascade.
The Boise Cascade Environmental Research Fellowship allows students to pursue an independent research project connected to environmental issues through the lens of any academic discipline. The fellowship offers up to $5,000 towards individual or group student research projects completed over the spring, summer or fall semesters.
Eligibility
Any student interested in conducting environmental research in 2025 is eligible as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student or plan to enroll full-time by Fall 2025 (Full time = 12 undergraduate credits; 9 grad credits)
- Minimum 3.5 GPA
- Financial need
- Recipient will undertake an environment research project subject to approval by Boise State faculty advisor and their present findings
