The Office of General Counsel and the Chief Financial and Operating Officer have worked together to restructure the way contract signing authority is delegated at the university and updated delegations have been issued. Only university officials with duly authorized signature authority (“Authorized Officials”) have authority to approve and sign university contracts. The university officials with signing authority are listed on the Office of General Counsel website.
All listed authorized officials should attend an Office of General Counsel contract training if they have not done so within the last three years.
