The Center for Teaching and Learning announced a new fellowship program which will provide Boise State faculty with opportunities to explore teaching and learning in community with other instructors and with the support of the center’s staff.
Each Center for Teaching and Learning Fellow will create and deliver programming and resources related to an area of individual interest and demonstrated need at the university. The center encourages prospective fellows to think broadly and creatively about emerging models of educational development.
The fellowship program is open to faculty in any position who have been teaching at Boise State for at least one year. Each fellowship comes with a stipend (or, if a fellow prefers, professional development funds) of $3,000 per year for one or two years, as well as a modest budget for programming. The Center for Teaching and Learning plans to welcome four or five fellows in the 2023-24 academic year.
Applications are due March 20. To learn more about the fellowships, including how to apply, visit the Center for Teaching and Learning Fellows page on the center’s website.
