The Division of University Advancement has welcomed six new employees to its staff to engage with alumni, donors and the campus community.
Brenda Rodriguez, Advancement Coordinator, College of Engineering
Brenda Rodriguez recently joined the Division of University Advancement as an advancement coordinator for the College of Engineering. Rodriguez comes to the team from the University of Idaho, where she worked as a program assistant. In her new position, she supports the college advancement staff in planning and executing the college’s advancement priorities. She is the main point of contact for college fundraising events and manages priorities for building and maintaining alumni relationships. A Boise State alum, Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a minor in nonprofit management.
Danielle Torres, Advancement Coordinator, College of Arts and Sciences
Danielle Torres has accepted a new role at Boise State as the advancement coordinator for the College of Arts and Sciences. Torres previously served as a management assistant within the Division of University Advancement. In her new role, she serves as the primary point of contact and coordinator for college fundraising events and assists in executing college fundraising priorities. A Boise State graduate, Torres holds a Spanish language and literature bachelor of arts.
Morgan Milosevich, Advancement Coordinator, College of Health Sciences
Morgan Milosevich joins the Division of University Advancement as an advancement coordinator. She comes to Boise State from the St. Luke’s Health System, where she worked as a patient access specialist. In her new position with the College of Health Sciences, she will work with other advancement staff on executing the college’s advancement priorities, including coordinating fundraising events and helping build alumni relationships. A Boise State graduate, Milosevich holds a bachelor’s in human resources and is currently studying for her master’s in public health.
SuChen Gee, Advancement Coordinator, College of Business and Economics
SuChen Gee is the new advancement coordinator for the Division of University Advancement, supporting the development team within the College of Business and Economics. Gee brings a portfolio of diversified experience to the university, including business operations, marketing, event management, entrepreneurship and program management, and she most recently worked in customer relations at the Idaho State Department of Agriculture. In her new role at Boise State, she’ll be responsible for supporting the team’s planning and executing of development priorities, including managing college fundraising events. A graduate of the University of Montana, Gee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing.
Kelle Sweeney, Donor Relations Coordinator
Kelle Sweeney comes to the Division of University Advancement from Jannus Inc., where she worked as a human resource generalist. In her new role as a donor relations coordinator, she will be responsible for improving the donor experience at the university, engaging with students and donors to ensure consistency and excellence within the scholarship program. She graduated from Northern Arizona University and holds a Bachelor of Science in History/Religious Studies.
Lauren Fitzgerald, Donor Experience Officer
Lauren Fitzgerald is the Division of University Advancement’s newest donor experience officer. She came to Boise State University from the Boise School District, where she worked as a substitute teacher. In her new position, she is responsible for engaging and qualifying potential donors to the university, using digital technology and other resources while building the fundraising pipeline. Fitzgerald holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Utah and a Master’s in Public Health from Boise State.
