Idaho Film Collection grant proposal deadline: March 15

The Idaho Film Collection supports scholarly research and creative activities in film, photography, and media studies as these relate to and/or benefit Idaho and the Northwest. The collection supports the activities of filmmakers, photographers and scholars in related fields, as well as public screenings, exhibitions, and festivals.

The collection encourages students, faculty, staff and independent photographers and filmmakers to apply for grants by March 15.

Grants for students

Current Boise State students can apply for film, experimental video and photography grants that range from $200-$500.

Grants for faculty, staff and independent filmmakers and photographers

Faculty, staff and independent filmmakers and photographers can apply for grants that range from $500-$1500.

Submit applications by Tuesday, March 15, 2022.

The Idaho Film Collection notifies grant recipients usually within two weeks.
