Higher Education International Business Officers, a national professional organization, named Ami Tain, a global classroom specialist and passport program manager in the Center for Global Education, Member of the Year.
“Ami went above and beyond throughout the last year, ensured the annual conference was a success, and even stepped up when we were short-handed to stay on as chair of the conference planning committee for an additional term,” said Will Biddle from the University of Maryland and chair of the HEIBO steering committee.
According to its website, the organization was founded in 2014 and now consists of over 100 financial professionals like Tain who represent higher education institutions and global providers throughout the U.S.
