Center for Advanced Energy Studies PowerTalks: energy resilience in Idaho

PowerTalks is a discussion series that focuses on current energy issues and opportunities. Hosted virtually by the Center for Advanced Energy Studies (CAES) Policy Institute at Boise State, these events will be held via Zoom. They bring together leading authors, researchers, and technologists with others who are interested in energy to engage in discussion.

At 11:20 a.m. on May 19, join the virtual PowerTalks discussion on “Energy Resilience in Idaho: The Dynamics of Energy Planning.”

This discussion will be led by Veronika Vazhnik, the CAES Fellow in the first cohort of the Idaho Science and Technology Policy Fellowship Program. Vazhnik is currently working in the Idaho State Office of Energy and Mineral Resources. She earned her Ph.D. in bio-renewable systems with a minor in operations research from Pennsylvania State University.
