Boise State University officials have asked campus to suspend all travel to and from China for faculty, researchers, students and others. The decision follows the U.S. Department of State’s determination to issue a “Level 4” travel advisory cautioning against all travel to and from the entire country of China as the coronavirus continues to spread.
The health and safety of our students, faculty, staff and visitors are the top priority for Boise State.
There are no reported cases of coronavirus on campus or anywhere in Idaho.
University guidance will change based on information from the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization and the U.S. Department of State.
As always, medical professionals and mental health counselors are available at University Health Services for health concerns or other assistance students, faculty and staff may need.
