This valuable, free multi-part series provides supervisors and campus leaders with ongoing professional development opportunities. Gain practical, actionable insights to lead with clarity, inspire engagement and drive meaningful impact. While each session builds upon the last for a comprehensive learning experience, attendees can also join individual sessions as stand-alone learning opportunities.
Summer supervisor series
- May 13: Setting a Solid Foundation for Leading the Team (Session One) Lead with intention, set clear expectations and build trust.
- June 5: Managing Performance (Session Two) Delegate effectively, foster accountability and provide feedback that drives growth.
- July 15: Fostering a Healthy Team Climate & Culture (Session Three) Lead with a coaching mindset, run effective meetings and create team alignment.

This series is led by Steve Robertson, a local leadership development expert with over 15 years of experience developing leaders at all levels. He has designed and delivered leadership programs at Hewlett Packard, St. Luke’s Health System and Boise State’s MBA program and served as Chief People Officer at Idaho Youth Ranch. Robertson brings in-depth expertise in helping leaders build confidence, navigate challenges and create high-performing teams.
