Fonda Portales, director of university arts, served as a historical art consultant for Good Nerd Bad Nerd Games to clarify text about Aztec deities, the ballgame and ritual iconography for their game “Pantheon: A Deck Builder.” The game is a simultaneous deck builder for two players who collect followers and artifacts, use actions and special deity powers, all to gain the most favor over the course of the game. All game phases are done in unison, and each player is able to buy cards from their own unique deck or a shared common deck. The game is available for purchase at the Good Nerd Bad Nerd Games store.
