The 2025 Alliance conference was recently held in New Orleans and five presentations involving individuals from University Financial Services were selected to represent Boise State and the innovative work the university is doing.
The Alliance Conference is hosted annually by the Higher Education User Group and is attended by thousands of professionals. Institutions from around the world are represented at the event, bringing new ideas to the table about ways to innovate technologically and professionally, and to share best practices.

- Diane Donald and Sam Kunz from Student Financial Services presented on student account clean up.
- Mike Chambers from the Office of Continuous Improvement presented on exploring fundamental project management concepts in a practical and accessible way, helping attendees identify their strengths and refine their abilities.
