Year-end tax information (W-2s) will be mailed or made available electronically to employees no later than Jan. 31.
Electronic W-2s
Employees can easily and securely access W-2s electronically through ADP’s online system. The taxes, W-2s and W-4s webpage has FAQ’s and additional information on how to:
- Access and receive your W-2 electronically
- ADP user name (which is not a Boise State email)
- Access W-2 statements on a mobile phone (click on the ADP mobile app webpage for more information)
All W-2s will be mailed to an employee’s primary address and those with ADP accounts may also retrieve W-2s electronically. ADP has an option to sign up for paperless delivery and those employees will not receive a paper W-2.
1095-C forms
Every tax season, Boise State provides information about medical insurance offered to benefit-eligible employees and dependents on the 1095-C form. 1095-C forms will be mailed to employees by ADP no later than January 31, 2025.
Free tax prep
Boise State’s College of Business and Economics Department of Accountancy offers free tax preparation through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. Visit the VITA webpage to learn more and to schedule an appointment.
