Krista Paulsen, professor in the urban studies and community development program at Boise State, was recently quoted in an article for BoiseDev News about the increase of traffic in the Treasure Valley area.
Her comments focused on the need for thoughtful development to keep congestion down, including avoiding sprawl and ensuring that transit and active transportation are viable options.
