An employee experience survey, distributed electronically by the Office of Human Resources and Workforce Strategy, is available now through Oct. 28 to gather feedback from employees about their overall satisfaction within the workplace.
“We value our employees and want to create a supportive and engaging workplace,” said Annie Hightower, interim chief human resources officer. “This survey will provide valuable insights to help us achieve that goal.”
The survey focuses on workplace culture, leadership and employee engagement. The results will help campus leaders and their teams develop strategies to enhance the employee experience and advance the university’s mission.
More information can be found on the employee experience survey webpage.
*The survey was originally scheduled to deploy on Oct. 1, 2024, but implementation was slightly delayed due to recent leadership changes in the Office of Human Resources and Workforce Strategy.
