University Foundations will be accepting proposals for new and renewing UF 200 courses this fall. Approved courses will be offered at least annually during an initial three-year cycle: Fall 2025 through Summer 2028.
UF 200, Foundations of Ethics and Diversity, is a discussion-based, 30-student thematic course that addresses Boise State’s University Learning Outcomes for Ethics and Diversity. Current and past instructors consistently report that this course is one of their most engaging and meaningful teaching experiences. Individual instructors use different examples, case studies and thematic topics to help students explore important ethical ideas and values together, giving equal voice to all who are committed to the public good.
