Staff and faculty are encouraged to gather at 1:50 p.m. on Aug. 16 at the southeast corner of ExtraMile Arena to greet new Broncos after Convocation concludes. Attendees are encouraged to bring posters, shakers and their Bronco spirit. Employees will celebrate new students until all students depart, around 2:30 p.m.
