The program offers flexible learning options with two different modalities to choose from – an in-person/ hybrid course schedule and a fully online option. The design of the curriculum keeps students of varying pathways in mind, catering to learners just starting their careers, individuals seeking career advancement or change, and those seeking to finish their degree with prior college experience in tow.

Idaho’s growing population and increasing demand for programs that provide structure and support to governmental and non-government organizations underscore a pressing demand for competent public service leaders who can provide empathetic guidance throughout these industries.
