New engagement tool called CampusGroups is now available

The Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management launched CampusGroups, a new, free and centralized platform for students, faculty and staff to find co-curricular events, join campus organizations and engage in development opportunities.

A Hub for Faculty and Staff Connection and Development

The new platform includes a hub specifically for Boise State faculty and staff. This was created through key partnerships with Human Resources – Workplace Learning and Development, eCampus, the Center for Teaching and Learning, and BUILD.

Get Started in CampusGroups

To get started using the platform:

  • Visit the CampusGroups homepage and log in using Boise State credentials.
  • Visitors will be guided through the staff onboarding experience for the platform to create a customized profile.
  • Once a profile is created, users will be directed to the main Faculty/Staff home page of CampusGroups to browse and register for training and engagement opportunities.

Update Your Department’s CampusGroups Page

Departments with CampusGroups pages should update them before the start of the fall semester. To get a department page up and running when CampusGroups is marketed broadly to campus in August:

Engage Decommission and Data Extraction

Those who have a current or a previously used Engage portal and would like to retain their files, forms, events, attendance and membership for historical purposes must do so before June 30, 2024. Information not exported and downloaded by this date will be lost.

Training and Support

Student Involvement staff can provide additional training and support to those learning to use the platform. View upcoming group training sessions and drop-in support sessions on the CampusGroups Training Page. Another helpful ongoing training/reference tool will be the CampusGroups Help Center. Contact getinvolved@boisestate.edu for additional training or support requests.
