Starting July 1, the State of Idaho will transition health insurance coverage to Regence Blue Shield of Idaho. Dental coverage will remain with Blue Cross of Idaho.
Benefit-eligible employees will receive new Regence medical cards and Blue Cross dental cards before July 1. Regence will provide each enrolled family member with their own medical card, and Blue Cross of Idaho will provide dental cards for each household. View and update personal contact information in BroncoHub to ensure a mailing address is correct for new card delivery.
The Office of Group Insurance website provides an “Important Regence Benefit Information” PDF (green button). This document includes instructions for new Regence plan participants on contacting customer service and verifying in-network providers and pharmacies.
