Bose and Pakala publish on impact of mobile devices in engineering education

Devshikha Bose, senior educational development specialist in the Center for Teaching and Learning, and Krishna Pakala, associate professor in the Department of Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering, recently published an article in Sage Publishing’s International Journal of Mechanical Engineering Education, titled “Enhancing engineering education: Investigating the impact of mobile devices on learning in a thermal-fluids course.”

The article was co-authored by Maeve Bakic, a Boise State alum who earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2023, and Diana Bairaktarova, an associate professor in the Department of Engineering Education at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
