Based on campus feedback, Boise State Dining has created a brand new catering menu tailored for office parties, student group gatherings, meetings and more. The Casual Catering menu offers lower cost options and is available for pick up only.
Boise State Dining also offers seasonally inspired, limited-time dishes on their catering menu each month. For example, celebrate Earth Month with their low-carbon greens and grains menu all April. This “build your own” salad and grain bar features ingredients that are produced with lower greenhouse gas emissions than other options. This includes broccoli and chickpea penne pasta, warm quinoa and corn salad, cilantro pesto tofu, vegetable and rice pilaf, grilled lemon chicken, Old Bay grilled salmon and spiced brown sugar Brussels sprouts.
