Felice Klein, assistant professor in the College of Business and Economics was interview by Corinne Post for her article, “How Women CEOs Safeguard Against Risky Appointments” published in Forbes.
The article said, “When they accept to become CEOs, women negotiate higher severance agreements than their male counterparts. This is according to an analysis of CEO appointments at publicly traded firms between 2007 and 2014, conducted by researchers at Boise State University, Queen’s University and Texas A&M University.” Klein was lead author of the study.
