New Student Programs is building its Summer 2024 Orientation Leader team and seeks students who are committed to team work, serving others and connecting with students to build a thriving community. Applications will be open on Handshake Jan. 8-22, 2024.
New Student Programs doesn’t believe in a “perfect candidate” for the Orientation Leader role, seeking rather to bring together a collective of individuals with diverse identities, ages, experiences, interests and personalities to make a team of orientation leaders.
An information session for interested students is scheduled for 5:30 p.m on Wednesday, Jan. 17 in the Interactive Learning Center, Room 304.
Faculty and staff who know students that would be great for this role are encouraged to fill out a recommendation form.
