For 28 days, members of the Boise State community are challenged to drink 64 ounces of water per day and track their progress as part of BroncoFit’s popular employee challenge, Swig 64. The challenge begins on June 26 and ends July 14.
Participants will receive a weekly email during the challenge with directions, a tracking sheet, bonus activities and educational resources. A number of activities are also planned on campus during the challenge with details forthcoming. All participants who turn in a points form at the end of the challenge will be eligible to win prizes.
