Boise State was recently recognized for its exceptional use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud at the Salesforce Education Summit awards ceremony in Dallas, Texas. The university received the Excellence in Marketing and Communications Innovation award, with special recognition going to Amber High, digital marketing senior manager, and Kaitlin Garman, Salesforce administrator.
Boise State’s implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud began with the university’s Office of Communications and Marketing, Advancement and Athletics in the spring of 2021. High and Garman’s commitment to training and support has enabled these marketing and communication teams to leverage the platform to create personalized content and deliver targeted messaging to students, faculty, staff, alumni and beyond.
“Amber and Kaitlin’s contribution to implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud has been invaluable,” said Lauren Griswold, associate vice president of communications and marketing. “Their knowledge of the platform’s tools, and the creation of a branded creative assets library within Marketing Cloud, have made delivering personalized, consistent and timely messaging at scale much easier. This award is a well-deserved recognition of their expertise and commitment to improving the university’s communication with staff, students and alumni to drive better outcomes.”
