The Office of Information Technology and Office of Continuous Improvement have partnered with a campus focus group to gather feedback and improve the “Add Access to New or Existing Account” form.
This form is used to request system access. Potential types of access requests include:
- An employee needs access to create and submit invoices in Bronco Hub
- An employee needs access to Boise State Reporting
- An employee needs access to invoices, purchase requisitions and financial reports
- An employee needs access to the Active Employee Details Report
- A new employee needs access to a department’s folder, PeopleSoft and Bronco Hub
- An employee needs access to view student data in PeopleSoft
The new form aims to provide a clear and simple guide for collecting the right information upfront.
